Dispatch is proud to join Nexstar Network as a Strategic Partner, supporting HVAC, electrical, and plumbing contractors with on-demand delivery built specifically for the skilled trades.
At its core, this partnership is about one thing: protecting technicians’ time and helping contractors complete more revenue-generating work each day.
As part of this partnership, Dispatch provides quarterly financial contributions back to Nexstar, which are distributed among members, further reinforcing Nexstar's commitment to delivering tangible business value.
Across the trades, one operational challenge consistently erodes profitability: technicians leaving jobsites to pick up parts.
When that happens:
In an environment where skilled labor is limited and demand is high, the most valuable resource contractors have is technician productivity.
The question isn’t whether parts runs cost money, it’s how much opportunity they’re quietly taking away each day.
Dispatch helps contractors turn logistics from a daily disruption into a real advantage. Instead of pulling technicians off jobs, relying on part runners, adding trucks and fleet overhead, or waiting on fixed supplier delivery routes, Dispatch brings parts and equipment directly to the jobsite.
That means crews can stay focused on the work that drives revenue, while materials arrive in the background. The result is fewer stalled jobs and higher first-time fix rates, because parts arrive faster when they matter most.
With real-time tracking and proof of delivery, your team isn’t stuck chasing updates or making extra calls, and when demand spikes, Dispatch adds delivery capacity without the hassle of hiring drivers or taking on fixed costs.
You can even schedule equipment deliveries to align with crew arrival, so change-outs start on time and the day doesn’t fall behind before it even begins.
Dispatch is especially valuable when:
In each of these scenarios, the outcome is the same: protect productivity, reduce downtime, and maintain service quality.
When logistics work in the background rather than disrupting the day, contractors gain control over their schedules, margins, and customer experience.
