Andrew Leone co-founder and Chief Executive officer at Dispatch. Andrew is an entrepreneur who has founded and grown many successful businesses over the last 15 years in distribution, real estate, design and marketing,, and cleaning. Prior to Dispatch, he was the Chief financial Officer of HVACR wholesale distributor Johnstone Supply - The Bloomington Group.

Ryan Hanson is the President and Co-founder at Dispatch. He has many years of experience in sales, marketing, and negotiating strategic partnerships. Prior to Dispatch, Ryan led high-impact growth initiatives and teams at SportsEngine before NBC Sports Group acquired it in 2016.

Serge De Bock is the Chief Financial Officer at Dispatch. He is responsible for leading the financial team in advancing revenue growth stemming from product innovation and strategic partnerships. Before joining Dispatch, Serge served as CFO at HyreCar Inc., Senior Vice President of Finance and Divisional CFO at Spin Electric Scooter Sharing, and Head of Finance at Twitch.

Jewel Evans-Darrington is the Chief People Officer at Dispatch. She provides leadership and guidance for the hiring and retention function of the growing company. Prior to joining the Dispatch team, Evans-Darrington served as CPO at Envista Forensics and Vice President of Human Resources for project management advisors. Her experience includes leading in the areas of regulatory compliance, compensation, budget administration, and talent management.

Jason Kirton is the Chief Technology Officer at Dispatch. With 20+ years of technical experience, Jason is responsible for leading the engineering team in software development, quality assurance, data science, and cloud operations. Prior to Dispatch, Jason led technical teams at Outdoors Advisors, Native X, and Verifications Inc.

Alexia Smith is the Vice President of Marketing at Dispatch. She is responsible for the overall health and strategy of the Marketing team, including branding, go-to-market strategy, lead generation, product marketing, digital marketing techniques, and enablement. Prior to Dispatch, Alexia led Sales and Marketing teams at Sports Illustrated Play and Sports Engine.

Maria Vornovitsky is the Vice President of Marketplace Operations at Dispatch. She is responsible for go-to-market and supply strategy, including acquisition, enablement, and satisfaction of our driver and courier partners. Prior to Dispatch, Maria held strategic and leadership positions at Helio, Angi, and DaVita Kidney Care.
