Dispatch Marketplace

Dispatch Marketplace enhances your customer experience by solving your on-demand delivery needs with an easy-to-use web app. 

When you have a business-to-business delivery to make, you can place the order in seconds. With four service levels, you get to choose how quickly your order needs to be delivered. We also offer a service expansion for multiple-stop deliveries, where you can select up to ten different drop-offs from one pickup location. 

Our newest updates to Marketplace brings you Customer Branded Notifications, Reporting Enhancements, and Printable Parcel Labels. We understand how important notifications are in the delivery process for both you and your customers. With Customer Branded Notifications, you now have the ability to add your company name and logo to every email delivery update that your customers receive. We know how essential it is for businesses to understand a variety of data. For this reason, we developed our Reporting Enhancements feature to help you look back at the data that you find most important.

Connect has two tiers from which you can choose. The first and most basic plan is the Starter Tier. If you decide to upgrade to the Professional Tier, you’ll have access to everything in the Starter Tier plus branded delivery updates, unlimited deliveries per route, unlimited historical route viewing, and the ability to plan and optimize all of your routes.
