How much does it cost to use Dispatch?
Setting up an account is completely free and we don't charge subscription fees. You only pay for the deliveries we perform. Our pricing is based off of the vehicle type you need, how quickly you need it delivered, and the mileage between the pickup and drop-off locations. You can run quotes here. Once you fill out the required info, it will provide an estimated delivery price.
What type of vehicles do you offer for delivery?
The four vehicles types we currently offer are: car, mid-sized, pickup truck, and cargo van.
What type of insurance does Dispatch have?
Dispatch has general liability, auto liability and physical damage, property coverage, and cargo coverage. Contact your Dispatch sales representative for more information.
How do I track my delivery?
Each delivery comes with a unique tracking link. When you place an order, you can indicate who you would like to share the link with to track the delivery. Orders can be tracked through email and SMS notifications.
How do I sign up for Dispatch?

How do I update payment information?
Customers have to talk to their Dispatch sales representative to set up new invoice billing. If updating your credit card information, our network operators or sales reps can change your credit card on file. Keep in mind that you can only have one credit card listed at a time for your organization.
How do I know a driver is working for Dispatch?
Our drivers are required to wear a badge and lanyard with the Dispatch logo to identify themselves.
Can I call for order placement?
We recommend using our online order form as we may be dealing with a high call volume. You can reach out to our support team if you’d like to place an order via phone at (952) 444-5280.
What is your service area? How far out do you go?
As long as the pickup or drop-off location is in the greater metro area, we should have a driver who can grab it. If you are concerned about our ability to handle your delivery, please call our customer success team.
How much can you fit in a cargo van?
Cargo vans can fit up to two standard pallets.
Is there a limit to how much weight the vehicles can hold?

What is your policy on hazardous materials?
We work hard to ensure the safety of all of our contractors and the motoring public, as well as maintain compliance with all DOT and OSHA regulations. For more details on the kind of materials we can or cannot deliver, please refer to our guide.

Do you work with professional drivers?
Our drivers are required to pass a background check, have a clean driving record, proof of a valid license, and proof of being insured. Additional training is provided to our drivers to ensure they meet Dispatch’s customer service requirements and know how to set up the app, accept routes, add proof of delivery, and so on. We also have a dedicated customer experience team to support our drivers.
