Branding can help drive your business by highlighting your company name and logo. The more you get your name in front of your customers, the more likely you are to build loyalty that can lead to repeat business.

Now, what if we said you just got a new addition to your marketing team? Although it’s not in the form of a person, it certainly can impact your business. With our new branded recipient notifications, we’re tossing in some free marketing with every delivery in the Dispatch Marketplace –– allowing you to feature your brand!

CEO Pam Moore, ranked by Forbes as a Top 10 Social Media Power Influencer, says, “On average, it takes 5 to 7 impressions for people to remember your brand.”

First impressions are key. With every successful delivery, positive associations with your brand are made. You want your company to represent excellent customer service. This means dependability, quality, and speed of delivery –– which Dispatch provides with our professional drivers.

Each customer interaction through an alert is not only building your company recognition, but the notifications also offer transparency — something people look for with their deliveries. Customers want to know that their order will arrive safely and on time. With the branded alerts, you can help your customers keep on top of their deliveries while simultaneously setting customer expectations.

Including your logo with email updates may seem small, but the more you put your brand out there, the more recognition your company gains. Additionally, you’ll stand out from the competition and keep up with industry leaders who offer those two-day turnarounds from order to delivery.

Once set up, the notifications will include your logo, company name, and a phone number on all delivery email alerts. Your customers will then receive updates indicating when their order was placed, picked up, and delivered. Non-branded SMS text notifications that serve the same purpose are available as well.

Add your logo and set up your organization name and phone number by going into your Settings and filling out the text fields shown in the screenshot below. Then upload an image of your logo to begin sending your branded notifications. Visit our Knowledge Base for detailed instructions on how to set these up.

According to this Forbes article, “Presenting a brand consistently across all platforms can increase revenue by up to 23%. If your product packaging, social media posts, website, and promotional material send a uniform message about your brand identity and its core values, you are more likely to cash in. The importance of brand recognition comes down to higher revenue.”

Take advantage of this feature, ensure your branding is aligned, and get your name in front of your customers today!
