2025 for Dispatch was a year of compounding momentum — where product innovation, AI strategy, partnerships, customer recognition, and industry leadership all converged around a single idea: DispatchOne.
More than a platform launch, DispatchOne represents how Dispatch is redefining last-mile logistics — connecting intelligence, people, and execution into one cohesive platform built for the realities of modern business delivery.
Let’s look back at how these moments came together.
The year began with a clear point of view: AI isn’t here to replace teams, it’s here to accelerate them.
Dispatch leaders articulated this vision by focusing on how AI augments human decision-making across the last mile. Instead of fragmented workflows and reactive problem-solving, Dispatch set out to create systems that learn, adapt, and support operators in real time. This philosophy laid the groundwork for everything that followed, from product development to partnerships.
That philosophy came to life with the launch of DispatchOne, the AI-powered platform designed to unify the entire last-mile experience.
DispatchOne brought together:
Rather than adding another layer of complexity, DispatchOne reduced it, creating a single system of intelligence that could power everything from routing and cost analysis to communication and execution.
In 2025, Dispatch also doubled down on transparency and smarter decision-making.
The release of the Interactive Fleet Cost Calculator provided businesses with a clear understanding of the true costs of operating owned fleets versus outsourcing delivery. Instead of guesswork, leaders gained a data-backed framework to evaluate trade-offs across labor, vehicles, fuel, insurance, and scale.
This theme of clarity extended into product enhancements like customizable delivery notifications, ensuring that updates reached the right stakeholders, in the right format, at the right time, reducing noise while improving customer experience.
Together, these tools reinforced Dispatch’s promise: insight first, action second.
Dispatch’s vision for the last mile has always included the people executing it.
In 2025, the launch of Instant Pay within the Dispatch Driver App represented a meaningful shift in how drivers engage with the delivery platform. Faster access to earnings improved satisfaction, retention, and trust, all critical components of a resilient delivery network.
This focus on driver experience reinforced a broader belief: the strongest logistics platforms don’t just optimize routes, they respect time, labor, and effort.
A major chapter of the year centered on partnerships, particularly within the trades and industrial supply ecosystem.
Dispatch expanded its impact through:
Each partnership shared a common goal: remove friction between intent and fulfillment. Dispatch became the connective tissue — linking systems, data, and execution into a seamless experience for businesses that rely on speed and reliability.
As Dispatch executed on its vision, the market took notice.
In 2025, Dispatch:
These milestones weren’t treated as endpoints, but as validation that Dispatch was solving real, persistent problems for modern enterprises.
Throughout the year, Dispatch leadership played an active role in shaping the industry conversation.
Dispatch CEO & Co-Founder Andrew Leone shared a clear message: AI is rerouting the last mile, not by eliminating complexity, but by making it navigable. Dispatch leaders continued that dialogue by mapping the AI-driven future of logistics into 2026, emphasizing agentic systems, adaptive tooling, and infrastructure built for continuous change.
This thought leadership reinforced DispatchOne’s role as more than a product launch. It positioned the platform as a long-term strategy for navigating volatility, growth, and rising customer expectations.
Looking back, 2025 wasn’t about a single release or announcement.
It was about convergence.
All of it pointed to one unifying story: DispatchOne is how Dispatch brings intelligence, scale, and adaptability to the last mile — today and into the future.
As Dispatch moves forward, the foundation is set. The platform is live. The ecosystem is growing. And the next chapter of last-mile logistics is already in motion.
