WE ARE HERE TO HELP

As the United States continues its effort to prevent the spread of COVID-19, we want you to know that Dispatch is taking on-going steps to put our people first.

As a delivery company that provides an essential service to local businesses, our first priority is always the safety of our customers and our network of independent drivers.

To keep both customers and drivers safe, we allow curbside deliveries. We ask that customers specify when a curbside delivery is needed within the notes section of the Dispatch order form and that drivers check the notes section of every claimed order. This will help us continue the practice of social distancing as we all move forward.

Important notes for drivers:

  • Skip the signature process and take a photo of the delivery instead
  • Wash your hands thoroughly after handling packages
  • Use sanitizer wipes on your devices, do not shake hands, and continue to wash your hands throughout the day
  • Please keep yourself home if you feel ill

The necessary language proving that you're a driver for an essential business can be found in the settings section of your Dispatch driver app.

COVID-19 Hiring Plan for Full-Time Employees

To ensure the health and safety of our Dispatch employees, we have transitioned all roles to remote work for the foreseeable future. 

At Dispatch, we acknowledge the challenges presented by COVID-19 and have adapted to support our employees and the needs of their loved ones. To do this, we provide our employees with the tools needed to fulfill job responsibilities from home. In addition to remote work, we also offer a flexible work environment that includes an unlimited PTO policy. 

Lastly, we want prospective candidates to know that we’re doing our best to keep our employees connected.  Through facilitating interactive virtual events such as regular all-employee weekly meetings to Dispatching donuts and coffee for biweekly coffee talks — we strive to keep everyone informed, aligned, and connected.
