Last-mile logistics can be one of the most challenging parts of the supply chain, but also one of the most powerful when done right. Dispatch partners with businesses across industries to solve real-world delivery challenges with flexible, technology-driven solutions.
Here are three examples of how companies transformed their delivery operations—and business outcomes—by partnering with Dispatch.
The Challenge:
Konektacom Inc., known for its personalized freight solutions, sought to strengthen its local delivery capabilities to match the high standards of its long-haul operations. With an increasing need for reliable same-day service, CEO Eric Soto looked for a partner who shared their customer-focused approach.
The Solution:
Partnering with Dispatch allowed Konektacom to streamline last-mile logistics with fast, flexible, and transparent same-day delivery services. Dispatch’s national driver network, real-time tracking, and tailored service options—like Dedicated Vehicles and Extra Handling—aligned seamlessly with Konektacom’s values.
The Results:
"The ability to accelerate same-day delivery enhanced our responsiveness to urgent client needs, further ensuring consistent on-time delivery." — Eric Soto, CEO, Konektacom Inc.

Revel Woods, a premium flooring company, faced persistent last-mile issues when using traditional LTL curbside delivery. Heavy and delicate shipments were met with missed appointments, improper vehicle types, and poor communication, damaging customer satisfaction and brand trust.
The Solution:
In 2022, Revel Woods partnered with Dispatch to bring speed, reliability, and visibility to their final-mile operations. Dispatch’s real-time tracking and seamless API integration allowed their team to manage deliveries with greater precision and transparency. Customers now receive value-added services like Room of Choice and Packaging Disposal for a white-glove delivery experience.
The Results:
"Dispatch is sort of our secret weapon now... It’s made our supply chain so incredibly efficient that if Dispatch were to go away, we would have to entirely re-evaluate how we do business." — John Dupra, Founder, Revel Woods

The Challenge:
Cordova Courier, a growing courier service based in Manteca, California, started with a single van and big ambitions. As demand increased, they needed a scalable way to expand into new service areas, onboard drivers quickly, and maintain their customer-first delivery standards—all without overhauling their infrastructure or sacrificing efficiency.
The Solution:
In September 2023, Cordova Courier joined the Dispatch Courier Partner Network to fuel their growth. The Dispatch platform enabled them to extend coverage, reduce delivery times, and improve fuel efficiency through optimized routing and scheduling. It also gave their drivers more flexibility by allowing them to work across multiple locations.
The Results:
"Dispatch has helped us tremendously by allowing our drivers to work at different locations, enabling us to scale our business to new areas. The immediate impact on our operational efficiency was remarkable."
— Vincent Cordova, Owner, Cordova Courier LLC
