Tell us about My Pet Market. What is it that your company does?

My Pet Market is a pet supply store that offers high-quality, holistic, and natural pet food and pet accessories. 

How did My Pet Market get started and when?

My Pet Market was established in 2007, with the idea and passion of providing local communities with the very best pet nutrition, product selection, and in-store experience.

Who does your staff consist of?

Our staff consists of only full-time and highly-trained pet professionals who can provide our customers with the information they need to keep their pets healthy and happy.

What is the culture of My Pet Market like?

What makes My Pet Market unique, especially for your area?

What makes My Pet Market unique is our sincere passion and care. By offering the largest and most unique product selection, we strive to provide the best customer service and knowledge to every pet parent that we have the pleasure of serving.

What is the long-term goal for My Pet Market?

Our long-term goal is to bring our unique service to many more local communities.

How did you get started at My Pet Market?

My Pet Market is a grow-from-within company. I started as a sales associate and grew from within the company to become the Marketing Director.

How did you hear about Dispatch?

We found Dispatch while researching online for a home-delivery service.

What was your process for sending and receiving inventory prior to Dispatch?

UPS

Any special instance where Dispatch came through in a pinch or went above and beyond what you expected?

Overall, customer service availability has been exceptional with Dispatch.
