Dispatch announced a new partnership with Prokeep, a customer communication platform used by more than 8,500 distributors across North America. The collaboration brings together Dispatch’s delivery logistics technology with Prokeep’s centralized communication workspace to create a faster, more connected experience for distributors and contractors.
The integration between Dispatch and Prokeep enables real-time delivery updates and streamlined order management directly within the Prokeep platform. Distributors can now dispatch deliveries, send order confirmations, and share live tracking links, all within the same text or chat thread they already use to communicate with their customers.
This unified workflow means contractors can:
For distributors, the integration reduces “Where’s my order?” calls and minimizes manual order processing, freeing up staff time while improving customer satisfaction.
“Dispatch and Prokeep share a mission to help distributors deliver exceptional customer experiences through smarter, connected operations,” said Johnny Anderson, Head of Channel Partnerships at Dispatch. “By linking delivery management and customer communication, we’re helping teams work faster, reduce friction, and strengthen relationships with the contractors who depend on them.”
The partnership allows counter sales reps to initiate deliveries directly from within Prokeep, speeding up fulfillment and maintaining team efficiency. With combined message threads that include order confirmations, delivery requests, and tracking updates, distributors can maintain full visibility without toggling between systems.
Dispatch and Prokeep serve overlapping industries, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and industrial supply, and share hundreds of mutual customers. Through this partnership, both companies aim to bring enhanced efficiency and communication to a shared customer base and open new opportunities for engagement across distribution networks.
The Dispatch–Prokeep partnership represents a “quick-win” collaboration driven by mutual customer demand and strategic alignment. Both companies are investing in joint sales enablement, technical integration, and marketing initiatives to accelerate adoption and enhance user value.
Together, they’re shaping the future of distributor-contractor communication, transforming every order into an opportunity for better service, faster fulfillment, and stronger customer relationships.
