When I came in at the end of 2017 the culture was just being established and could have gone a lot of different ways. Andrew and Ryan helped guide the company culture to being one of execution, inclusion, and development.

What Dispatch core value resonates most with you and why?

People First - I have always wanted to be part of a successful company but have been wary of being just another number in a system.  Dispatch's commitment to its people stands out as something that sets it apart. I have been in a unique position to experience this core value in ways others haven't.
