Meet Lawrence, owner of O’Neal Freight & Moving LLC and a standout delivery pro in Omaha. After years in logistics, he launched his LLC to set his own pace and support his family.
Starting with an auto-parts contract, he then turned it into steady work across medical, building materials, and palletized freight. Since starting with Dispatch a year ago, he’s seen stronger earnings, new unexpected customers, and consistent work—backed by fast driver support and an easy-to-use app.
Running a family team with a pickup, transit van, and trailers, Lawrence still drives six days a week to stay connected with customers, prioritizing safety, maintenance, and fair workload balance amongst his fleet.
Watch the full interview on YouTube to hear how Lawrence built his business to where it is today.
