At Dispatch, exceptional driver support starts with people like JJ Hinojosa, who has been with Dispatch for six years. JJ transitioned from a 15-year career in education, where he honed his skills in building relationships and empowering others, to the DispatchDriver Support team. His secret? Genuine care for drivers and a commitment to going the extra mile for those working hard to succeed.
JJ’s passion for helping drivers stems from lessons his father, a logistics professional, taught him about trust and respect. For JJ, drivers are more than colleagues—they’re friends—and their success brings him joy.
