Updates to our notifications system keep you informed at every step so you can keep your customers informed too. Get an Order Confirmed email right after submitting, and a heads-up when the driver is approaching pickup or drop-off.

Add more recipients to the Out for Delivery email with the Notify Me Before Arrival option, and if we are still searching for a driver 30 minutes before pickup, we will let you know in time to adjust.
