Every quarter, Dispatch surveys thousands of active delivery pros with one simple question: how likely are you to recommend Dispatch to a friend or family member?
That score — the Net Promoter Score, or NPS — has been climbing steadily for three years running, and the Q1 2026 results continue that trend.
We went through the responses to understand what’s driving that momentum. The answer wasn’t one thing. It was a consistent pattern of delivery pros pointing to the same parts of the experience: pay transparency, real flexibility, responsive support, and a platform that treats them like professionals. Here’s what they said.
The Driver Pay Makes Sense
Earnings are the most cited reason delivery pros recommend Dispatch to others. But it isn’t just about the rate; it’s about knowing the rate before you commit. Delivery pros consistently cite upfront pricing and clear load details as major differentiators. As one delivery pro put it, “transparency and understanding, most jobs pay at least a dollar a mile.”
Others described the platform as offering “competitive pay and great customer service,” or simply that “the pay is better than a lot of these apps.” Instant Pay also came up repeatedly; delivery pros said being able to access earnings without waiting on a weekly deposit made a real difference in how they manage their operations.
The Flexibility Is Genuine
The ability to work on your own terms — setting your own schedule, choosing your loads, operating as an independent contractor — is one of the most consistently praised parts of driving with Dispatch. Delivery pros aren’t just saying it’s flexible in theory. They’re describing how it plays out in their actual lives.
One delivery pro said they love “the flexibility and independence,” while another described it as “the versatility to plan out your own schedule as a contractor.” For delivery pros who are retired, running their own business, or fitting delivery work around other commitments, that autonomy is a genuine selling point, and a key reason they’d point a friend toward Dispatch over other options.
The App Gets Out of the Way
A delivery app that’s hard to use costs delivery pros time and money. Dispatch promoters made clear that the platform earns points by keeping things simple. Clear instructions, straightforward navigation, and hassle-free payment flows came up repeatedly in the feedback.
Delivery pros described the experience as “clear instructions, an easy-to-use app, clear and hassle-free payment options.” When the technology works as it’s supposed to, delivery pros can focus on delivery, not troubleshooting.
Support Shows Up When It Matters
One of the sharpest differences delivery pros draw between Dispatch and other platforms is what happens when something goes wrong. Fast, helpful human support was cited as a meaningful reason delivery pros would recommend the platform to someone they know.
The feedback here was direct: “the Support Team is very easy to work with, they respond quick.” Another driver said, “You care about the drivers and support is responsive, we are a family.” That sense of being treated like a person, not a ticket number, keeps delivery pros loyal and willing to vouch for the experience.
It Feels Like a Fair Shot
Across the promoter responses, a quieter theme surfaced alongside pay and flexibility: fairness. Delivery pros appreciate that Dispatch distributes gigs without systematically favoring certain delivery pros over others.
As one delivery pro put it, “Dispatch gives everyone equal opportunity to get gigs.” Another described it simply: “out of all the gig apps I work, Dispatch is the best." That sense of being valued, of the system working for you rather than around you, is what turns a satisfied driver into one who actively recommends the platform.
What This Means for the Network
The numbers tell the story. In Q1 2026, nearly 4,000 Dispatch Delivery Pros shared their feedback, and satisfaction has grown by more than 60% since 2024. The jump from 2025 to 2026 was the largest single-year gain in the three-year period.
Driver NPS isn't a vanity metric; it reflects whether the people doing the work every day feel good enough about it to put their name behind it. Three consecutive years of upward movement tell us the experience is genuinely improving, and drivers are noticing.
