How did you hear about Dispatch? 

I heard about Dispatch while surfing Instagram looking for opportunities to be my own boss.

How long have you been driving with Dispatch? 

It's been one year and four months since I started working with the company, and it’s been an outstanding ride!

What kind of vehicle do you drive? 

I first started out with a car, then upgraded to a cargo van when I realized the potential for increased profits.

Why did you decide that Dispatch was the best job fit for you and your lifestyle? 

Dispatch is the best fit for me because I have a toddler and love spending time with my family. We are a traveling family that takes multiple vacations every year.

Tell us your favorite Dispatch story!

I have many favorite stories. However, the ones that always stand out are the smiles I see when a customer sees me entering the building. This is when I know I am doing something right.

Why should other people drive with Dispatch? 

I encourage individuals to onboard with Dispatch mainly because of the flexibility it offers and the culture. Dispatch is a company that knows drivers are at the forefront of the operation and looks after us!

What’s your favorite thing about being able to set your own hours? 

Being able to set my own hours gives me the opportunity to work various time frames. I am an aggressive worker who typically works long hours to meet my financial goals.

If you could give any advice to other drivers at Dispatch, what would it be? 

My advice to drivers is to communicate with customers, get to know their operations, and choose orders in the sequence of locations. Also, always calculate the time in between deliveries to avoid long delays.
