Tell us about ShadowFax. What is it that your company does?
We are a contract screen printer for apparel. We offer a wide range of services to meet our customers' printing needs. We offer Direct-to-Garment printing, Full-Color Transfer and Vinyl services, and also sublimation printing.
We have several locations throughout Texas. We offer screen printing at these locations but we also offer embroidery services.
How did ShadowFax get started?
ShadowFax has been around since 1983. The owners, since day one to the current owner, all want to bring the customer's visions to life in ink through art. Also, when you think of merchandising, you think of T-shirts. They are the classic resource for everything from schools to churches to restaurants, bars, and sporting events.
Who does your staff consist of?
Our Dallas location consists of about 40 people. This includes the production crew, office staff, and artists.
What is the culture of ShadowFax like?
Shadow Fax is pretty laid back. We are a TEAM of honest, ethical, and hardworking people who understand what it takes to keep customers coming back. We follow through on our promises and stand behind every job we do.

What makes Shadowfax unique, especially for your area?
We are a quality-conscious shop. We are committed to bringing our customers the highest levels of quality and service in today’s screen printing industry. We are well-known and sought out by other screen printers for our excellence in four-color process, simulated process, and light-on-dark t-shirt printing. We are well-known for and masters at color separations.
