Marketplace Operations

Our Marketplace Operations department is responsible for retaining and growing revenue from existing customers by supporting both end-users and our driver network. Marketplace Operations is comprised of the following three teams: 

NOC: Network Operations Center Representatives monitor and maintain the health of our network and ensure operations continue to run smoothly once orders are placed.

DEA: Driver Engagement Agents are responsible for the recruiting, onboarding, development, and performance of our driver community.

CX: Customer Success includes a mix of high-touch customer service positions that oversee our network of drivers in order to maintain a high level of service to both our customers and driver-partners.

A Day In The Life Of Marketplace Operations

As a Marketplace Operations team member, you may find yourself overseeing orders, engaging with drivers, or providing exceptional customer service. You may also be responsible for:

Ensuring timely
order placement
Reporting on
market health
Setting up and coaching
new drivers
Establishing driver
incentives
Supporting key
accounts
Investigating lost or
damaged product claims
